Q. Blue Outer Ring?
A. There is a blue protective film on the outer stainless steel tire ring. This prevents scratches and dings during transit. Remove before installing tire cover to reveal your polished stainless steel tire ring.

 

Q.What size photo can I send in?
A. We recommend sending in photos taken with a digital camera that is 5mp or more. We can use photographs taken with a min. of 4mp, but the quality may be noticed.

 

Q.How do I send in my digital photo?
A. Please E-mail photos in original size. The larger the photograph the better the quality the reproduced image.

 

Q. I do not have a digital photo, can I send in a photographic print?
A. Yes, you can send us printed photographs, we recommend sending in photos that are 5x7 or 8x10. We can use a photo as small as 4x6, but the image may appear more pixilated

 

Q. I received my tire cover and personalized center disk, but the picture isn't clear when I hold it up in front of me?
A. Your Personalized tire cover is best viewed standing a few feet away. This is the nature of the item, as it's reproduced from a smaller image and must be blown up to fit your particular tire cover.

 

Q. How do I know what size tire cover I need to order?
A. Please see our simple "Tire Measurement" guide for precise measurements.

 

Q. I do not have the exact measurements of my tire, can I just tell you my tire size and you can pick my ring size?
A. No, no two tire sizes are exactly the same by each tire manufacturer. Due to slight variations, it's VERY important to have the exact measurements of your particular tire for the best fit of your Personalized Tire Cover.

 

Q.What is the Return Policy?
A.Due to the VERY custom nature of this item, all sales are final and can not be returned.
